  1. A neighborhood map depicting LJCHOA's 33 street light pole locations; our luminaires were updated on May 29, 2012 to energy- and cost-saving LED technology.  These are a part of our Common Area improvements owned by LJCHOA, as explicitly defined in the CC&Rs Exhibit "A". We "piggybacked" on a contract that the vendor (Crescent Electric Supply) had with the city of Las Vegas; like the city, CESCO provided an 8-year extended warranty on the fixtures (which is 3 years longer than GE's standard warranty).  Should any fixture fail to operate or function properly prior to May 29, 2020, CESCO will replace the failed fixture and install it, at no cost to the HOA. [update: labor to accomplish the changeout is not included in the warranty]
